So yes, the ebook is available on all the Amazons (sorry, right now I’m keeping it there exclusively).
I am hard at work (well, not as hard as I would like but you know how it is) on book 2. That one should be out around the end of the month, maybe October.
In addition to the ebook version you can now also buy a paperback version! Again, only on Amazon but I’m working on making it available elsewhere, I just have a bit of trouble setting up an account for that. I’m sure it will all sort itself out.

It looks way better in person, and also when you order it yourself it won’t have that weird „not for resale“ band all over it. I haven’t ordered a regular copy yet, this is just the proof.
